All prices include GST, and other taxes and duty where relevant.
SHIPPING INFORMATIONWe ship all orders Monday through Friday, before 12 PM PST.
Any orders placed after 10 AM PST will be shipped the following business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email along with a tracking number.
Orders may be split across multiple packages and shipments if you’ve ordered multiple items.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMESFor all East Coast orders, please allow 1-2 business days for arrival.
All orders placed on the West Coast and Hawaii, please allow 3-5 business days.
For rural delivery, please allow 4-7 business days.
For international delivery, please allow 7-10 business days.
ORDERING & AVAILABILITYFor backordered or out of stock items that are purchased, you will be sent an email promptly. In this case, customers can decide whether they’d like to order a replacement, receive store credit, or a full refund.
For pre-orders, the date of delivery is an approximate and we cannot guarantee arrival on a particular date. If the approximate delivery date is subject to change you will be notified via email.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICYSALTY Furniture Inc. orders can be returned or exchanged if the original delivery address is located in contiguous United States (consequently excluding Hawaii, and Alaska). We are happy to issue a refund or proceed to an exchange within 7 business days from the date of delivery, provided we receive the items back in their original condition and packaging.
Returns are approved at the discretion of SALTY Furniture Inc. All return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.

FOR FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODSIf you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org will request photos of the damage to be attached in your email. We will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. Please ship the damaged/faulty item back in its original packaging with all tags in place. We will assess the item upon return of the product. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMIf you are returning your item and have contacted us at email@example.com we will provide you with a unique Returns Authorisation Number (RA Number). Please ensure the item has all of its original packaging and tags.
